Transcript Request Invoice Payment – Class of 2020

All seniors who have requested transcripts either for college or scholarship applications will receive an invoice, generated through Naviance, the week ending May 29th  via e-mail.

Payment for these requests can be made via the K-12 Payment Center or by check made out to Windham High School.  This is the same payment center used for the school lunch program and AP testing payments.  If you do not already have a K-12 account, you will need to set one up. 

The student ID# needed for the K-12 Payment Center is the same as the LASID# in your Power School Portal.  All payments for requested transcripts reflected on your invoice must be made by Senior Sign Out day which is scheduled for Tuesday, June 2 and if need be, Wednesday, June 10.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be absolutely NO cash accepted.

1. Access K-12 login through: https://www.k12paymentcenter.com/
2. Sign-in using your nutrition services account information. If you do not have an account with K-12 Payment Center, you will need to sign up for one.
3. Once you’ve logged in, navigate to school fees under the ‘Parent Functions’ menu. Click the arrow to expand the ‘Available Fees’ option.
4. Find the Senior Transcript Fee and click on the "Add to Cart" button for every transcript your student is requesting.
5. For parents with more than one child, please make sure that you select the appropriate student’s account that the fee is for.
6. Once all fees have been added to your cart, click on your shopping cart in the top right and proceed to check out.
